Postnatal Massage

Service Description

Whether you are battling through awkward 3am feeds or carrying around a 3 year old, your body is constantly being tested and you are probably experiencing some discomfort. During this 60 minute full body massage I will target problem areas with deep tissue techniques to relieve aches and pains leaving you feeling relaxed and de-stressed. This massage can be adapted for those uncomfortable lying on their front due to breastfeeding or C-section recovery. Babies are welcome at your appointment but please let me know in advance so that I can prepare the room accordingly.
